Issue/Introduction

One of our API Gateway clusters, we do not see any data from either node in our Team Center Experience cards. We have restarted the EPAgents on these API Gateway nodes many times. After we restart the EPAgents, we get data in the Experience cards for a short period of time.

We do see metrics from the APM WebView for both nodes of the API Gateway cluster and when we check status of the EPAgents on both nodes, the status is Active.

Resolution

Increase physical memory on the machine, and heap size for EPAgent
