ERROR: 'Can't reach the page' with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

This morning I logged on to see emails saying OM Web Viewer was down. 
Users saw the 'Can't reach the page' error. 
I logged onto the Linux server and issued PS command and it appeared that OM Web Viewer was active.  I shutdown Apache Tomcat®, restarted Apache Tomcat® and that resolved the issue. 

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Apache Tomcat®
• Linux
• Common Components and Services for z/OS 15.0 CCI

Resolution

There were definite CCI connection (pipe broken)  errors in the Catalina log.  There was apparently a network problem that could not be resolved until Apache Tomcat® was recycled.
