ABAP Job fails everyday at the same time

Issue/Introduction

We have an issue with an ABAP job on our Dollar Universe Node. $U is not able to submit the same job SAP_ADS_SPOOL_CONSISTENCY_CHECK everyday at the same time.

Here is what we have in the universe.log every day:

Resolution

The encountered problem is related to a Known Problem reported at the SAP side.
