When viewing alarms in the OneClick Webapp and clicking the 'more' link in the 'Alarm Details' tab to see all events associated with the
alarm the OneClick Webapp will hangup indefinitely on a processing screen.
The Webapp will hang on the "Retrieving events...." dialog and never recover and the Webapp session would need to be killed to recover.

This has been corrected in Spectrum 10.4.2.1 (NetOps 20.2.3) which includes an updated
version of webswing provided by the webswing development team.
Resolved Issues in 10.4.2.1
Symptom: OneClick WebApp hangs when retrieving alarm details.
Resolution: Updated the WebSwing to v20.1.5 to resolve the issue. (DE472756, 32137291, 10.4.2.1)
