Looking for CABI Unified support release to support CAPM and Spectrum latest releases.  CABI r7.1.1. (not available for download). 

Cause

CABI 7.1.1 is included in the latest Spectrum download; 10.2.3

CABI 7.1.1 is included in the Spectrum download package

Download Spectrum 10.2.3 or higher
