How to regenerate the Clarity Jaspersoft keystore

Issue/Introduction

After Jaspersoft upgrade, we get an error:

"Failed to update properties on the Jaspersoft server. Exception getting ClarityJasperAdmin : Unauthorized access to http://testserver:8080/reportservice with username ppmjasperadmin". How to recreate the Jaspersoft keystore?

Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity releases

Component : CA PPM JASPERSOFT

Resolution

1. To regenerate the keystore please run the command on any Clarity server:

admin jaspersoft keystore
 
2. Copy the resulting two files from $Clarity/config to <Tomcat>/webapps/reportservice/WEB-INF/config on Jaspersoft
and to all other servers in <Clarity>/META-INF/reporting/store
 
3. Restart Jaspersoft
4. Try to run Create Jaspersoft users job from Clarity.
