Issue/Introduction

Error Message for load utility / ucybdbld upgrading to 12.3.3 :

20200811/150112.864 - U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'OCIStmtExecute', 'ERROR   ', '', 'ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at line 7'
20200811/150112.865 - U00038068 ABORTING due to error.

The loading process was terminated abnormally. The Database might be in an inconsistent condition. Please contact Automic Support.

Cause

Cause: Database inconsistency 

Environment

Release : 12.3.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Please update to 12.3.4 or higher.

Follow below resolution steps:

1. Restore your DB.

2. Drop the index manually.

3. Now run the dbload again.

If you still have issues, please enable the trace with database=4 and then run the dbload again and contact the CA Broadcom Automic Support, sending the load log and trace files.
