Job Definition does not populate

Issue/Introduction
We are unable to populate the Job definition even after installing the Autosys Client.
Environment
Release : 12.1
Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH
Resolution
Identified two problems in the customer environment:
1. Updated LD_LIBRARY_APTH for each of the Autosys instances in iDash AdminTool
2. Added -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/../dev/urandom to idash_server startup script to eliminate 5 - 6 minute delay when invoking the autorep user commands.
