Issue/Introduction

We upgraded IT Asset Manager to 17.2. After the upgrade data is not migrating between ITAM and CA Software Asset Manager.

The event service log shows:

The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Negotiate,NTLM'.

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : CA Asset Portfolio Management

Resolution

One possible cause is permissions between the environments.
IIS Manager go to Server - Sites - Default Web Site - Test - Soap. Check Authentication.
Change Authentication to have both Anonymous and Windows Authentication enabled.
