Issue/Introduction

Since the apply of the PTF SO13294 some new info and error messages occur into Vantage STC-log. The affected event procedures are DSKIBMPL, DSKIBMPV and DSKIBMPM.

The reason for these messages is the improvement of the diagnostics in Vantage, as before messages issued were confusing.
This message is taken from the BVIR/library itself.
Before, this situation was not recognized.  In this case there COULD NOT BE any physical volumes because it is a DISK-ONLY library, so there can be only virtual volumes.
