Issue/Introduction

Do we need to exclude any folders from the scanning targets of Anti Virus software?
Please let us know the folders if they are listed in any documents.

Resolution

No issues were reported for the Policy Manager behaviors about any effects of Anti Virus software. There's no list of exclusion folders.

Please consult with your Anti Virus vendor support if you encountered any AV-related issues.
