Rally - Importing results in permissions warning

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to import CSV data using the user interface the following message is shown:

You must have edit permissions to import.

 

Cause

This can be caused by trying to import data into a project where you only have viewer access

Resolution

Either try importing to a different project, or request editor access to the current project from your subscription administrator

Under very rare circumstances, this message can be displayed even with editor permissions at which point you should try logging out and back in again.
