Issue/Introduction

I’m having probs trying to run reports. When I try to run a report I either get a clocking issue and it times out or I get the following error.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH

Cause

No primary HTTP address defined
Loading iDash configuration failed: com.ca.idash.core.exception.IdashException:Primary server url is empty and has to be specified in the idash config file.

Resolution

Add URL to idash.config file

idash.server.url=http://<hostname>:8080
