How to recover lost VMTAPE AUDIT file

Issue/Introduction

The VM:Tape audit file has been lost and there is no backup; but the CMS TMC is still OK and functional.

QUESTION: Is it OK for me to simply run VMTBUILD to create a new audit file: (VMTBUILD AUDIT (PRINT   

I would then restart VMTAPE with the existing CMS TMC and the newly created Audit file.
