Identity Manager- Role Administrators Report not getting extracted

Issue/Introduction

Role Administrator report is showing Blank

Environment

CA Identity Manager 14.x 

Cause

Some of the Library files are missing in iam_im.ear

Resolution

Step1: Provide iam_im.ear Dump from the working server

Step2: Make sure before you delete the existing library folders that you back them up in a separate location outside of the ear folder.

iam_im.ear\library

iam_im.ear\ca-nim-sm.war\WEB-INF\lib

iam_im.ear\user_console.war\WEB-INF\lib (Note: If you deployed any custom endpoints you will need to import the jar file back into this location)

Make sure you rename the "ca-nim-sm.war - lib" and "user_console.car - lib" to "lib

 

 

Additional Information

This is a possible solution, in case of files got corrupted
