Issue/Introduction

This KB described the steps to generate Authentication activity and Credential Management reports.

Environment

Release : 9.x

Component : Symantec Strong Authentication ( Arcot WebFort)

Resolution

Steps to generate Authentication activity and Credential Management reports:

1. Login as Global administrator in admin console.
2. Go to Reports tab -> Strong Authentication Reports sub-tab.
3. Click on Authentication Activity/Credential Management Report link in left pane.
4. Select org name and from/to date fields with username as inputs.
5. Click on Display Report button and export the report.
