Is there a way to Lock invalid licenses/users in bulk in Clarity?

Issue/Introduction

  • We have a large number of old user licenses in Clarity which are invalid
  • Looking for input/Advise to lock these users' licenses

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Resolution

  1. One option would be to use XOG to XOG out the users, then XOG them back in with the locked status.
    • See XOG: User from techdocs for more info on XOGing users.
  2. Reach out in the Clarity Broadcom Community to see if customers have come up with a way to do this in bulk
