Issue/Introduction

We are getting a 1-minute timeout for a secure shell session when accessing devices from CA Spectrum One Click.

Is there a way to increase this timeout?

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

• A device-side SSH timeout is configured.

Resolution

Spectrum SSH Session will remain established unless there is a timeout set on the device.

Check the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file on the device.
