WCC alerts tab is spinning continuously

Issue/Introduction

WCC monitoring tab is continuously spinning, unable to acknowledge the job failure alerts.  Refresh button is slow too and takes time up to 5 or 10 minutes in the monitoring tab

Environment

Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

reload job flow in monitoring since issue related to jobs & alerts section. It has to be freshly loaded.

wcc_monitor -u <user> -p <password> -r ALL
