We upgraded our DEV and CERT instances to the latest version of the portal 126.96.36.199 in preparation for our 4.9 Production upgrade. After the upgrade all of our tiles throw error messages and will not load. This is blocking development and preventing us from validating TDM 4.9.

This issue has been addressed in TDMWeb-188.8.131.52. If you are using an older version of TDM 4.9 Portal, and are experiencing a similar issue, please open a support case, and ask for the latest TDM Portal patch
