CAPM doesn't reflect the true bandwidth after a change

Issue/Introduction

A change in the interface bandwidth from 80Mbps to 40Mbps is made, but CAPM still show 80Mbps.  Even after device is rediscovered, some views shows the interface with a 40Mbps, but others still list it as 80Mbps.  

So the Bandwidth is not updated completely in NetOps Portal even though it is correct in the Data Aggregator (when queried via REST).

Why is this the case and how to force it to update the true bandwidth?

Environment

DX NetOps CAPM 20.2 or later

Resolution

In cases such as this were the DA shows the correct value but this is not reflected in NetOps Portal, then perform a full synchronization of the Data Aggregator.

This will update the NetOps Portal views with the correct value from the DA.
