Jaspersoft 6.4.3 (CABI) is unstable with the services shutting down automatically

Issue/Introduction
Recently our Jaspersoft Server has been unstable and when we check the services are stopped automatically.
When we check the Jaspersoft tomcat log we see the following messages:
2020-07-16 12:06:36,823 ERROR EhCacheImpl,localhost-startStop-1:556 - -- JasperServer: EhCacheImpl shutdown called. This normal shutdown operation.
2020-07-16 12:06:36,831 ERROR EhCacheImpl,localhost-startStop-1:559 - -- JasperServer: EhCacheImpl calling cleanerTimer.cancel(). This normal shutdown operation.
When we check the Jasperserver,log we see the following
2020-07-16 12:06:36,823 ERROR EhCacheImpl,localhost-startStop-1:556 - -- JasperServer: EhCacheImpl shutdown called. This normal shutdown operation.
2020-07-16 12:06:36,831 ERROR EhCacheImpl,localhost-startStop-1:559 - -- JasperServer: EhCacheImpl calling cleanerTimer.cancel(). This normal shutdown operation.

Release : 10.3.x, 10.4.x
Component : Spectrum Apps / Spectrum Report Manager
Jaspersoft 6.4.3
Cause
Jave JRE was upgraded on the server to a higher version.
We ship Java JRE version is 1.8.0_51 with Jaspersoft 6.4.3, but on the customer server it showed JRE 1.8.0_241, this higher version of JRE was causing the instability.
Resolution
Customer uninstalled the update to JRE, rebooted the server and the server remained stable.
