Issue/Introduction:

Unable to start the ITPAM Service.

The boot.log shows below error:

ERROR [SystemPropertiesInitializer] SQL Error occured while preparing properties table due to
java.sql.SQLException: Network error IOException: Connection timed out: connect
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Cause:

SQL Service is not running on Database Server.

Environment:

Release : 4.3

Component : Process Automation

Resolution:

Start the SQL Service.
