Issue/Introduction

Unable to start the ITPAM Service.

The boot.log shows below error:

ERROR [SystemPropertiesInitializer] SQL Error occurred while preparing properties table due to 
java.sql.SQLException: Network error IOException: Connection timed out: connect
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Environment

Release : 4.3.X

Component : Process Automation

Cause

SQL Service is not running on Database Server.

Resolution

Start the SQL Service.
