Issue/Introduction

In a Productive Region trying to obtain a Trace in CA SYMDUMP for CICS but they got the message

DFHDU0206I 05/26/2020 17:30:10 AFLCICSP A transaction dump for dumpcode: BTRC was suppressed by the XDUREQ USER EXIT

getting all these error messages when a transaction dump is taken:
