Rally: Excel - Add-in could not be started

Issue/Introduction
When trying to use the Excel add-in I am receiving the following message "Invalid Add in".
Environment
Excel Add-In for Office 365
Resolution
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools
- Click Internet Options
- Click Security tab
- Select Internet Sites zone
- Select Enable Protected Mode (make sure box is checked)
- Click OK
- Restart Internet Explorer and Excel
