Which is the rule that allow to send notifications from the Service Catalog for users with approval activities?

There is an action that contain the rules for such activity called "Request pending action change", it can be found as follows.
Log in Service Catalog
Go to > Administration > Events, rules y actions > Request pending action change
This action contain different rules that can be used for sending notification messages depending on the status required.
