In Identity Portal when some users try to access a certain campaign after stay away from desk for some minutes , the system throws a error:User Unauthorized to Access this Campaign
They need login again in Identity Portal to be possible approve or reboot their workstation sometimes
in the logs we see this: ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.
As SSO is integrated with Portal this is a timeout configured in SSO
