User can't access campaign with error User Unauthorized to Access this Campaign

Issue/Introduction

In Identity Portal when some users try to access a certain campaign after stay away from desk for some minutes , the system throws a error:User Unauthorized to Access this Campaign

They need login again in Identity Portal to be possible approve or reboot their workstation sometimes

in the logs we see this: ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.ExceptionsHelper] (default task-6) : ErrorCode: 0, ErrorFamily: GENERAL, Message: com.idmlogic.sigma.errorhandling.exceptionObjects.SigmaException: User Unauthorized to Access this Campaign

 

 

 

Cause

As SSO is  integrated with Portal this is a timeout configured in SSO

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

Adjust SiteMinder rules that are pointing to Identity Portal the   "Idle Timeout"  in SiteMinder .
