How to change ownership of the SpanVA

Issue/Introduction

How do I update the owner of the SpanVA? 

 

Resolution

The SpanVA owner is the user who provisioned the SpanVA from within CloudSOC.

It can be changed under CASB > Settings > CloudSOC SpanVA  > View Details.

If the owner of the SpanVA leaves the organization a new owner needs to be provisioned.
