Issue/Introduction

Getting message "Gateway timeout" when trying to browse a file on the Web interface.
Other functions work fine, it is just the ability to see the file contents that causes this error

Cause

Trying to view files in PDF format without the required configuration.

Resolution

The fastest resolution is to go to "Options" and set "View Text files as" to "3270"
