Export export from Identity Portal Fails.

Issue/Introduction

In the CA Identity Manager (IM) Identity Portal, when a user navigates to Requests and try to export the information using the Excel icon (see below) it fails to generate a report.

 

 

The following errors are logged

2020-05-14 10:08:31,759 ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.manager.impl.SpreadsheetManagerBean] (default task-17) Failed to generate the Excel Spreadsheet... Merged region B4 must contain 2 or more cells
2020-05-14 10:08:31,760 ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.utils.ExceptionsHelper] (default task-17) : ErrorCode: 0, ErrorFamily: GENERAL, Message: com.idmlogic.sigma.backend.exceptions.BackendException: Failed to generate the Excel Spreadsheet... Merged region B4 must contain 2 or more cells

Cause

Export times out.

Resolution

Performance issues have been rectified in 14.3 CP2 and this resolves the problem, allowing the export tot work as expected.
