New Performance Management Threshold Events don't show as Alarms in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Performance Management Events from r20.2.1 no longer appear in Spectrum r10.2.1 OneClick console as Alarms.

We see the following error in the OneClick tomcat web server log when the Performance Center Event Integration is disabled, and enabled again.

Cause

Older Spectrum r10.2.x release integrated with latest NetOps PM code version r20.2.1.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : CA Performance Center

Resolution

Delete the older Spectrum Data Source integration. Add the a new Spectrum Data Source targeting a OneClick host running newer Spectrum version r10.4.x.
