Cause
Runtime option ACTION(ACT) is enabled.
Resolution
JCLCheck runtime option ACTION (ACT) produces a job action report, and is valid only when running JCLCheck with APCDOC.
The APCDOC load library must be in the LINKLIST or in the STEPLIB DD when running JCLCheck using the ACTION option.
