CA-7 Server for iDash (STC CA7SIDSH) shut down taking a long time to complete. It appears that the STC is hanging.

Root cause looks like something that has always been there, but needed a small delay in processing to expose, which is in this case is the new introduction of a notification to iDash at shutdown.
Workload rate definitely plays in here to the chances of recreating,
