Error when logging in to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) from the Web console or the UI.
Click OK and the login completes, but the first three tabs are blank.
Database connection fails via ODBC. The logs show database connection errors.
To resolve the issue, go to Administrator Tools > ODBC Data Source Administrator (32-bit).
Under the System DSN tab, find the entry for the SEPM and click Configure. Walk through the process to configure it. Make sure the user has rights to SQL.
