QO80843 and QO80844 have prereq of QO80355, which has been withdrawn

Issue/Introduction

In the process of applying the maintenance to Vision Builder 15 and when trying to apply PTF QO80843 I'm getting an error of a missing PTF. It is looking for :
PRE(BL00200,QO73657,QO73911,QO73928,QO74118,QO78145,QO79212,QO79220,QO80355)    

The last PTF - QO80355. I checked the website and it does not appear as an available PTF. Can you send me PTF QO80355?

Cause

APAR QO80355 was withdrawn but the APAR QO80843 was already available

Resolution

In the NOTEs for QO81943 you have the following:

NOTE: QO80355 has been withdrawn.                                          
Please remove the SUP(QO80355) command before processing the patch.   

In the NOTEs for QO80843 you have the following:

NOTE: QO80355 has been withdrawn.                                            
Please replace QO80355 with QO81983 to the PRE list before processing the patch.          

In the NOTEs for QO80344 you have the following:

NOTE: QO80355 has been withdrawn.                                        
      Please replace QO80355 with QO81983 and add QO80843 to the PRE list
      before processing the patch.
