Global Collection membership in Spectrum does not match Performance Management

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum is added as a Data Source in Performance Management.

Spectrum is successfully synchronized with Performance Management.

All devices synchronized from Spectrum are present in Performance Management Inventory.

All Global Collections from Spectrum are present in Performance Management.

Devices that are members of the Spectrum Global Collection in OneClick don't appear as members of the same Global Collection when viewed in Performance Management.

Cause

Undetermined synchronization failure preventing complete Global Collection membership synchronization to Performance Management.

Environment

All supported Performance Management releases

Resolution

To resolve this a Full Synchronization of the Spectrum Data Source in Performance Management is required.

To manually launch a Full Synchronization of the Spectrum Data Source in Performance Management complete the following.

  1. Go to Administration->Data Sources->Data Sources.
  2. Select the Spectrum Data Source entry.
  3. Select the Resync button.
  4. Select the checkbox for "Perform a Full Resynchronization".
  5. Select the Resync button.
