Unable to install idash on the primary node

Issue/Introduction

Unable to install idash on the primary node.

IDash is working from secondary node, while install on primary node we are seeing this in install logs:

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Cause

The customer uninstalled iDash on the primary server and then attempted to reinstall and faced the error.

Resolution

We copied the idash folder from the secondary to the primary. Deleted the existing log files and started the service. Verified the iDash primary login and viewed the web UI.

Additional Information

This will not work on a WIndows OS.
