Issue/Introduction

We have an activity planned to move to a new set of CAPC servers. Currently we have the servers running on Version 3.6 in prod. These servers has to be decommissioned as they are end of life. we have spun up new environment as a replacement.

However we need to do a sync activity from old CAPC 3.6 to CAPC 3.7 (New Env). we were informed both the versions should be same and then only we can do the sync of data.

Kindly provide us documentation for the downgrade of CAPC from 3.7 to 3.6 so that we can proceed with the sync and maybe update the same later on.

Resolution

You cannot downgrade NetOps CAPM.  You must uninstall and reinstall the product in this scenario
