Upgrade fails on moving Clarity folder

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade fails when copying the files to Clarity (prior version backup) folder:

Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

This happens when the clarity directory is being accessed when the install is running. This doesn't let the installer to move/rename the files

1. Rollback the Clarity files only
2. Once done, stop and remove services.
3. Ensure you have not opened the folder or cmd is closed
4. Restart the upgrade

Note: If the issue occurs again, you may consider rebooting the entire server.
