Communication between the mainframe and the distributed application stops daily when the CTG's are recycled (03:30hrs). As a temporary solution, I've started recycling WILYZOS around the same time (04:00hrs) in the morning so metrics are available to the users when they start work.
The configuration of WILYZOS is the same in our development environment as it is in the test environment, however, in test I do not see this issue. I would like to resolve this so I don't have to recycle the address space. Once recycled, data is transmitted successfully and reliably from the mainframe to the distributed application (Introscope).
I've checked the config files and logs but haven't found anything meaningful. Is this an issue Broadcom has seen before and can you suggest steps to resolve this behavior?
Release : 10.5
Component : APM Agents
Issue was noticed from the Cross Enterprise APM side. Network issues from the 25th to 27th on the EM side caused the customer to restart the WILYZOS.
