CA View - Unable to print using SARBCH, After Upgrade to 14.0.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to View 14.0, we are getting a message when we are trying batch print:

SARBCE02  User not authorized to access sysout

Resolution

The client had recently upgraded to View 14.0, which contained error PTF SO10882.
It was suggested that the client apply the below PTF:

APAR #: SO12369 / Product: VIEW / Release: 14.0 / Solution #: 89
Title: INABILITY TO TURN OFF THE ADDITIONAL SARBCH SECURITY

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

After applying PTF SO10882, which provides additional internal security validation for the SARBCH /BPRINT, /CHANGE, /DELETE, /EPRINT, /INDEX, /LOAD, /PERM,    /PRINT, /PRINTIDX, and /PRINTJOB control statements, SARBCH may end with a non-zero return code.

Although not a defect, this change in product behavior may have a significant impact on the existing customer's environments and security configurations.

As such, we'd like to rework the PTF to also provide a way for customers to revert to the original product behavior (without using additional security validation for              SARBCH), if desired.

Also give the client the ability to Enable (if desired) the new validation code at a later date after they make all necessary rule and definition changes needed in their          environment.
