Issue/Introduction

ERROR: Communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim.

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Transaction (Process ID 124) was deadlocked on lock

org.bouncycastle.crypto.InvalidCipherTextException: Error finalising cipher - Exception caught while decrypting.

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Please reach out to your SQL team and have them cycle the database server and then cycle your IDM system.

If this does not resolve your issue then reach out to your networking team and have them confirm there are no stale connections or firewall blocks.
