S0C4-11 in IQIMSL (IBM Data Set Commander) after using JCLCHECK under z/OS 2.4

Issue/Introduction

Exiting from JCK or EJCK and receives a S0C4-11 abend in IBM module IQIMSL.   

IQIMSL is part of "IBM Data Set Commander".

This happens after upgrading from z/OS 2.2 to z/OS 2.4.
