TDM: Legacy Find and Reserve Models not showing all columns in the email sent to user upon Job completion.

I made a single row reservation in the USDP tile to show what I'm talking about. 
The spreadsheet on the portal shows the new fields just fine. 
But the spreadsheet above sent in the reservation email is still missing them.

Notice the SSN in screenshots below and that it's not in the csv file

As per the current design, for both Legacy and New F&R models when a user does a reservation,
the CSV attached to the email generated would always comprise only the model key columns and the corresponding values.

The attribute column data is not populated in the CSV but would be shown on the GUI.

This is working as per design.
