Is it possible to change password of Servicedesk system account

Already implemented service management suite.
But now customer have policies to change password for account, will it have any affect on SDM.

->Yes, you can update servicedesk user password.
-> Run "pdm_configure" on SDM server-> and at 3rd step "System Accounts" -> provide the new password for ServiceDesk user.

And complete the configure,taking care not to reinitialize the database.
-> Now you should be able to login into SDM as servicedesk user with new password.
-> Downtime is required to perform the steps.
NOTE: If you have other tools integrated with SDM using "ServiceDesk" username -> then required steps have to be performed from other tools as well to update the password.
Else integrations will fail.
