User unable to log on to PPM Clarity using OKTA Portal

Issue/Introduction

When user clicks on Clarity PPM from the Okta Portal, it shows the icon like it is logging in, but never actually logs in.

User does not have access to Clarity PPM

Cause

The user is not available in Clarity PPM or the username does not match

Environment

Release : 15.8

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

Verify the user is available in Clarity PPM and that the username is correct
