Cisco Chasis View is not reflecting values for Cisco ASR router in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

On Cisco ASR router serial number is not populated for Chasis Cards:

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

This information is stored within the CiscoChasApp application model.

The OID spectrum polls on the device to retrieve this information is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.3.6.11.1.4

If the above OID contains no data this will be reflected within Spectrum.
