Issue/Introduction

Setting up Service Point, is there a way to browse the knowledge documents in Service Point, preferably an icon under the search bar?

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

Service Point is primarily a search based application. There is no native facility available to allow one to browse for a given content without a specific search base in mind.
