Customers whose contracts are going to end or would also like to request a data dump of their account data in case it's needed for other reasons.
Subscription data export is needed.

A Subscription Admin will open support case asking for a Subscription export. Depending on the amount of data in the subscription, this can take several days to generate, so please open the support case as a Severity 4 to allow time for the request to be completed.
When you are notified that the export has been completed the subscription admin can download the subscription data directly from their Subscription page.
