Issue/Introduction

DADS Plus CICS allocate of an RLS file is failing on the open with error message DADSA576. For example  
           
DADSA559 07:49:43 DHIPU155 TRAN=DADM     'FILE'='A9BS1   ' OPEN FAILED (FDBK='186').                    
                               
DADSA559 07:49:43 DHIPU155 TRAN=DADM     'FILE'='A9BS2   ' OPEN FAILED (FDBK='186').

The CICS LOG has the following message

Cause

Security caused the open failure.

Resolution

We have found that there was a new data class related to encryption data and that there was a missing RACF grant for the users accesses to these files.
